Melodic rockers DANTE FOX revisit the best ten tracks of their first two albums “Under Suspicion“ (1996) and “The Fire Within“ (1999) here and re-work them from ground-up. Vocalist Sue Willetts sounds better than ever and her unique voice needs no introduction for sure. The British outfit manages to preserve the nature of the original versions and incorporate new facets at the same time. Band classics like “Firing My Heart“, “Under The City Lights“ oder “Lost And Lonely Heart“ resurface in a highly polished and energetic way. “Lonely“ is a diverse and catchy song, too, and nothing but a true gem. “Six String Revolver“ is both a perfect introduction to the melodic world of DANTE FOX and an amazing in-between for their upcoming new studio effort scheduled for 2018.
